Expo East, produced by New Hope Natural Media, features a show floor of 1,500 exhibits with products encompassing natural, organic, functional, and specialty foods and beverages, supplements, beauty, household and pet. Three hundred first-time exhibitors will display new products.

According to the 2012 Natural Foods Merchandiser Market Overview nationwide, sales of all natural and organic products jumped 10 percent to nearly $91 billion.  

Expo East also holds educational sessions, with a keynote address by Alice Waters, chef, author, and proprietor of Chez Panisse, and Tom Sazky of TerraCycle. Sessions include topics such as women eco-preneurs and a product-to-shelf workshop.
